16 double rooms with separate entrance on the ground floor. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms have air conditioning/AC and all rooms are non-smoking. The rooms have two single beds that stand together but can be pulled apart if desired.

Two of the rooms are larger rooms with a sofa bed that can be converted into two extra beds. Some of the rooms are adapted to accessibility to varying degrees with increased accessibility for e.g. wheelchairs and two of the rooms are also accessible by permobil.

In the middle of Ölandsgården there is a common lounge with TV and a common kitchenette for easier cooking with fridge and freezer.
